Is it safe for children and elderly people?

Although there are individual differences, participants range from 4 to 80 years old. Please contact us first. The most important thing is to be in good health.
Is it okay if I can't swim?

You don't have to worry if you can't swim because your face won't get wet. There is one guide diver for each vehicle, so don't worry.
Do I need a swimsuit?

You can wear any clothes that you don't mind getting wet. We do not lend out clothes.
Can I wear makeup and glasses?

Don't worry, your face won't get wet even if you're wearing makeup or glasses.
Can I make a reservation on the day?

We require a reservation in advance. We may be able to accept same-day reservations depending on the reservation situation, but please contact us by phone first as it will take time to prepare.
Is there a cancellation fee?

If you cancel due to your own reasons, a cancellation fee will be charged. If we decide to cancel the tour at our discretion, there will be no cancellation fee.
