Credit card payment will be processed upon confirmation of your reservation. The billing date will vary depending on your card company. Payment methods specified by the service provider or payment at the venue on the day of the event are described on the payment plan page.

When you receive confirmation of your purchased plan or on the day the purchased plan is to be operated.
Restrictions on sales period and quantity.
Sales are available annually from March 1st to November 30th. A maximum of 6 people per hour; for more than 6 people, two or more time slots are required.
Regarding cancellations
Cancellation fees for cancellations or changes in the number of participants due to customer reasons will be incurred starting 3 days before the tour date. The cancellation fee is 100% of the tour price.
